An intense nose, reminiscent of pineapple and tropical fruit, mimosa and broom, almonds, honey, and wax, with mineral notes somewhere between iodine and earthiness, and subtle hints of oregano and sage. The palate is intense, savory, and fresh, with a very long finish featuring a hint of almond and a light smokiness at the end.
